We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Sealed trading card products
- Single cards
- Collectibles
- Accessories
- Items purchased through local meetup
Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Orders
If we accidentally provide the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order or completing your local meetup.
We'll review the issue and work with you to correct our mistake.
Damaged Items
For local meetup orders, customers are encouraged to inspect their purchase before completing the transaction.
Once the transaction has been completed and accepted, the sale is considered final.
If we begin offering shipping in the future, any shipping-related damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
